Award-winning producer, Kristen Lucas, of Goldilocks Productions, has teamed up with award-winning director, Cate Carson, to bring you the story of a 9-year old girl, Jesse, who utilizes hip hop music as a catalyst to both find her voice and grow as an individual. Ava Fratus will star as Jesse, and will perform original music written specifically for SNOWFLAKE.

A 10-year old singer, dancer, actor and rapper, Ava started in the business when she was just 6 years old and has been performing up and down the East coast ever since. She's a true hustler.

The idea for SNOWFLAKE was conceived almost ten years ago from a simple question: where are the hip hop stories centered around women? That same question remains as relevant as ever today.

With SNOWFLAKE, our goal is to tell the story of an outsider looking to fit in, who then finds her voice and grows as a young woman using music.
